Mongolia is again gripped by dzud, a terrible winter condition that paralyses the population and wreaks havoc among the livestock. Batmunhk is the son of a translator I had on my Fall, 2000 trip to Mongolia. Shagdar is a quiet man with a large family but his health is deteriorating. His son, Batmunhk is an accomplished artist but the family needs help. Batmunhk has sent me 6 original acrylic oil canvases to sell so he can support his family. They are priced below what they would sell for at the State Department store in downtown Ulaan Baatar and they are a lot closer, as in my home in Colorado.
Please take a look at the art and see if it might fit into your decor. You would be doing Batmunhk and Shagdar a big favor. I have already personally donated over $600 to the family in the past and have framed and mounted two of the paintings for my homes in Colorado and Mazatlan. They will be a wonderful addition to your home too.
All income from the sale of these paintings will go directly and fully to Shagdar and Batmunhk. Please look at them carefully. They really are wonderful. Full descriptions can be seen on my son's website, www.thevisiongrove.com, search word, Mongolia.
Thank you. . They are fanciful, whimsical illustration of real life in Mongolia. There is a 100% money back guarantee, shipping not included Please email kris at krisvadale@aol.com for more information. Prices start at $150, sizes vary but are on the whole, large. Specific information is available at www.thevisiongrove.com, keyword Mongolia.
The first two are close ups and the last a very small photo of a much larger painting
